How do you rescan your domain on Cloudflare?
If you have missing DNS records while scanning Cloudflare, please follow the steps below to rescan your domain:
Click on the Cloudflare logo to return to the home page.

On the home page, click on the domain you want to scan again.

Scroll down to the Advanced Actions section and click on Remove Site from Cloudflare.

Confirm that you want to delete Cloudflare by clicking on the Confirm button.

Click the +Add a site button.

Re-enter your site address and click the Add a site button.

Select your plan and click on the Continue button.

The quick scan will restart. Refer to the article How to enable Cloudflare on your Domain? for the next steps.
