What should I do? My site is offline!

Your site appears to be offline. Here are some tips to help you narrow down the problem:

Have you renewed your subscription?

Check your client area on our site to see if you are up to date with your invoices.
If you pay a invoice late, please contact our support to relaunch your account.

If you paid all your bills on time and the site is offline, try viewing your site from another computer (or from your laptop - connected to your mobile network - not wifi).

You can also check this site to see if the site responds elsewhere or not.
If the site responds elsewhere but not at your home, then you must open a request for help and provide your ip address, you have probably been blocked by our firewall.

If your site is also unresponsive from another network, is the domain pointing to our server names?

You can validate the server names in the welcome email sent during your subscription and/or after an account transfer if the email was resent up to date.
If the domain does not have the correct server names, we invite you to correct them with your current registrar.
If you are unable to do so, you can open a request for help so that it can be done for you.
