How to update your Ex2 hosting plan?

It is possible to update your Ex2 web hosting plan at any time. If you wish to upgrade your plan during the term of your service contract, the amount you have already paid will be deducted from your bill.

You only pay the difference between the two prices. By default, the service due date remains the same. However, you can change the billing cycle when you change your plan if you wish. In this case, the new contract expiry date will be adjusted according to your choice.

Steps to update your Ex2 hosting plan

To get started, log in to your Ex2 account to access the client space.

On the Customer Space home page, click My Services to access your accommodations.

In the Actions section of the menu on the right-hand side of the page, click the Increase/Decrease your accommodation plan option.

Choose the accommodation plan you want in the Ex2 store and complete your purchase.

Our team will immediately update your service to fit your order.

Depending on the nature of the change of hosting plan, the update may require (or not) a change of server. In this case, it may take up to 24 hours to complete the DNS spread. This time is due to the fact that the web must adjust to the new location of your website.
