How to remove a user from an Ex2 account ?
It is possible to share your Ex2 customer account with other users. However, you might want to delete them from your account later on.
To get started, you need to sign in to your account in the Ex2 Client Center.
Then, open the menu associated with your profile. To do this, click the button in the top right corner.
From this menu, select and open the User Management section.
You will then see a list of all active users on your account.
Next to each user except the owner, you'll see a trashcan icon. Just click on the icon next to the user you want to delete.
You will then see a pop-up asking you to confirm the delete request. You must then click the Confirm button to delete the user.
The user will then immediately delete and their access to your account will be invalidated.
Follow these steps to delete a user on your Ex2 account
