How to define a custom email signature on the Roundcube webmail?
Ex2 web hosting webmail uses Roundcube messaging software. This allows you to easily add a custom signature that will automatically apply to the bottom of your emails.
To get started, log in to your Roundcube webmail account. Then select the Settings section in the left sidebar of the software.
From the Settings section menu, select the Identities subsection.
Then click on the user whose signature you want to customize (add it if necessary). You will then see the information associated with this user. At the bottom of this user, you will see a box named Signature.
By clicking the image icon in the top left corner of the box, you can upload a file to add to your signature. You can also add the text you want by typing it inside the field.
Once you have set up your signature as you want, click the Save button to save the changes.
