How to change the permissions of a user in an Ex2 account?

It is possible to share your Ex2 customer account with other users. However, you might want to restrict their permissions in order to keep more control over your account.

Follow these steps to change the permissions of another user on your Ex2 account

To get started, you need to sign in to your account in the Ex2 Client Center.

Then, open the menu associated with your profile. To do this, click the button in the top right corner.

From this menu, select and open the User Management section.

You will then see a list of all active users on your account.

Click the user whose permissions you want to change. You will then see a list of permissions displayed in a new window.

You only have to check or not the different boxes to define what the user will have access to on the account. When you are satisfied with your selection, click the Save Changes button. The new permissions will apply immediately.
