How to run an antivirus scan via cPanel?
Ex2 performs anti-virus and anti-malware scans of all its managed hosts on a regular basis.
If you still suspect that an element of your website has been infected, you can run a review of your database content yourself.
Log in to your cPanel.
In the Advanced section, click the Antivirus icon.

Wait for the requested scan to complete. Depending on the amount of content to analyze, it may take a few minutes. Once the process is complete, you will see the result displayed in a notification window.
