How to add funds to my Ex2 account?
You can add a reserve of funds to your Ex2 customer account. These can be used to prepay your service and domain renewals. Funds can be easily added at any time from your Ex2 customer space.
To get started, log in to your Ex2 customer space.
On the dashboard in your customer space, you will see a box called Available Credit Balance. In it, click the + Add Funds button.
Select the payment method you want to use to transfer funds to your account. Choose the amount to transfer and confirm the transaction.
Notes: If your services and domains are automatically renewed, your account credit will be used to cover the cost. You will therefore not have to make any further payments when you renew.
