How to lock a domain name at Ex2?
By default, domain names are locked against transfers. This is a safeguard to avoid unauthorized transfers.
If you have unlocked one of your domains and want to lock it again, the process can be accomplished easily via your Ex2 client space.
To lock your domain, you must first login to your account in the Ex2 customer area.
From the menu to the left of the Customer Space interface, click My Domains.
You will then be redirected to a list of all your domains registered with Ex2. To the right of the domain you want to transfer, click the ... to open the drop-down menu and select Manage Domain.
In the right sidebar of this new window you will see a menu called Manage. In it, click on the Domain Protection element.
You will then see a content box named Lock Status. To unlock your domain, set this status to On by checking the box. A window will then notify you of the successful lock.
