How to create an A record via DNS Manager
What Is an A Record?
An A record (Address Record) is one of the most common DNS record types. It maps your domain name (e.g., example.com) to an IPv4 address (e.g., 192.0.2.1), allowing browsers and devices to locate your website on the internet. Here are the steps to create an A record for the domain via the DNS Management console in your client area.

Step 1: Access the DNS Management Interface
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Navigate to My Domains.
- Locate the domain name you wish to manage.
- Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the domain and select Manage Domain.

- On the Domain Overview page, click **DNS Management **from the available options..

You will be redirected to the DNS Zone Editor interface, where you can view and modify DNS records for your domain.
Step 2: Add a DNS Record
- To create a new record, click Add row.

- Enter the required details in the appropriate fields
Name: Enter the domain name(example.com) or the subdomain (sub.example.com)
Type: Select A from the dropdown menu.
Value: Enter the IPv4 address of the server
TTL: If you have a preferred TTL value, enter it. The system requires a TTL between 60 and 2,419,200 seconds.
Priority: You can leave it blank

- Save the changes
Step 3: Verify the DNS Propagation
Once saved, DNS propagation will begin. It may take up to 24 hours for your new A record to take effect globally.
