Here's how to create a subdomain in cPanel
Log into your cPanel account.
In the Domains section, click the Domains icon.

On the right of your screen, click the Create a New Domain button to open the creation window.

Below Create a New Domain, enter the subdomain you want to use.
Ensure that the Share document root is not checked (this would create a redirect). Under Document Root, you must enter the name of the directory you want to use.

Click the submit button at the bottom of the window.
If the subdomain is successfully added, you will see a confirmation message appear.
