How to configure webmail filters?

The mailboxes hosted at Ex2 use filters to avoid spam and unwanted emails. These can be easily configured from your control panel or webmail.

Configure global mail filters

First log in to your cPanel control panel. In the Email section, click the Global Mail Filters* tool.

To the right of the filter address you want to edit, select the Edit option.

This will take you to the Filter Settings Setup window where you will find three different sections.

The first field is simply used to define the filter name. The Rule section defines which messages are affected by the filter. Finally, the Actions section determines what happens to messages excluded by the filter.

Once you have configured the filter as you want, click the Save button to save the changes.
