How to add a user and his privileges to a database?
Here are the steps to add a user and his privileges to a database:
Log into your cPanel interface "https://www.domainname.com:2083" or by going through your client area.
In the Databases section, click on MySQL Databases Icon.
Scroll down to the end of the page and under Add User to Database, select a user from the dropdown list, and then choose a Database from the list.
Click on the Add button.
On Manage User Privileges, mark the box ALL PRIVILEGES and click on Make Changes.
