How to block a direct debit from Paypal?
If you subscribe to our services via Paypal, the debits will be done automatically. This is a good thing most of the time as it prevents you from losing your website or domain name if you forgot to renew, however, it can be a problem if you want to cancel your hosting.
To cancel the direct debit on Paypal, go directly to the following link: Pre-approved payments or log into your Paypal account then go to Settings > Payment settings > My pre-approved payments or on the PRO paypal version, Settings for accounts > Money, cards and bank accounts (in the left section "PROFESSIONAL PROFILE") > Automatic payments > "define automatic payments".
Once in your pre-approved payments, you can then turn off automatic billing:

1- Click on the name of the merchant
2- Click Cancel in the Billing Details window.
3- Then confirm your cancellation by clicking on Yes
Your direct debits are now canceled. Please note, your products will not be renewed if you have not registered another payment method in your account or if you do not pay your invoice on time.
