How to set up an email account in Outlook?
If you have an email account installed on the server, you can configure Outlook to send/receive emails from this email address.
You must first create the e-mail address via the cPanel. To do so, visit this tutorial:
Open Microsoft Outlook.
In the menu, click on Tools.
Click on Account.
Click on Add email account.
Enter your email address.
Choose IMAP/POP.
Fill in the fields correctly:
Type: IMAP.
Email: your email.
Username: your email.
Password: your password.
Incoming server: mail.yourDomainName.com (Port 993).
Outgoing server: mail.yourDomainName.com (Port 587).
Click on Add account.
Open Microsoft Outlook.
In the menu, click on Tools.
Click on Account.
Click on Add email account.
Enter your email address.
Choose IMAP/POP.
Fill in the fields correctly:
Type: POP.
Email: your email.
Username: your email.
Password: your password.
Incoming server: mail.yourDomainName.com (Port 995).
