If you have an email account installed on the server, you can configure Outlook to send/receive emails from this email address.

You must first create the e-mail address via the cPanel. To do so, visit this tutorial:

Instructions for setting up Outlook:

IMAP

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. In the menu, click on Tools.
3. Click on Account.
4. Click on Add email account.
5. Enter your email address.
6. Choose IMAP/POP.
7. Fill in the fields correctly:

1. 1. Type: IMAP.
   2. Email: your email.
   3. Username: your email.
   4. Password: your password.
   5. Incoming server: mail.yourDomainName.com (Port 993).
   6. Outgoing server: mail.yourDomainName.com (Port 587).
1. Click on Add account.

POP

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. In the menu, click on Tools.
3. Click on Account.
4. Click on Add email account.
5. Enter your email address.
6. Choose IMAP/POP.

7. Fill in the fields correctly:

1. 1. Type: POP.
   2. Email: your email.
   3. Username: your email.
   4. Password: your password.
   5. Incoming server: mail.yourDomainName.com (Port 995).
   6. Outgoing server: mail.yourDomainName.com (Port 587).

8. Click on Add account.

Congratulations, you can now configure your Outlook.
