How do I change the information associated with a domain name?

You can change the contact and registration information associated with your domains. This can be done through the Ex client area.

Modifying the contact or registration info of a domain name

To change the info of a domain name, you must first login to your account in the Ex2 client area.

In the menu to the left of the interface of your client space, click Domains.



You will then be redirected to a list of all your domains registered with Ex2. To the right of the domain you want to transfer, click the ... to open the drop-down menu and select Edit Contact Info.




You will then be redirected to the management page where you will have access to 3 sections of contact information.

Registrant: the domain name registration information with the registrar.
Admin: the contact details of the domain name administrator.
Tech: the contact information of the technician in charge of the domain.

Edit the desired information and click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.



You should then see a message at the top of the page telling you that the changes have been saved successfully.
