How to add a TXT record via cPanel?
The steps to add a record TXT entry in cPanel
Log in to your cPanel.
In the Domains section, click the Domains icon.

You will see a list of your domains displayed. To the right of the one you want to create a TXT entry, click the Manage button.

To the right of your domain management interface, you will find a menu. In it, select the Modify The Zone option.

you will then find yourself in the DNS Zone editor. On the right of your screen, click the Add Record button.

Set the settings for your new TXT record by filling in the boxes and clicking Save Records.

Your new TXT record will then be added to your record list.
