A dedicated server is simply an entire physical server dedicated to a single client. The client has total control over the entire server. This includes its configurations and resource allocations. As a result, the client is also responsible for its administration and maintenance.

Dedicated servers offer several advantages, but are more expensive than other types of hosting. They offer improved performance and a very high level of safety.

The client is the one and only user of a dedicated server. It can therefore configure its settings specifically to meet the unique needs of its website. 

The client of a dedicated server does not have to share server resources with other external sites. Thus, the customer can easily improve their loading speed and offer a better user experience to visitors to their site.

Dedicated servers are also very secure options. On shared hosting, a security breach on a website can threaten other sites on the same server. Instead, dedicated servers are completely isolated and fully responsible for their own security protocols.
