# How to Enable DNS Management service in client area


If you haven’t opted for the[ DNS](https://help.ex2.com/en/article/what-is-the-domain-name-system-or-dns-oen40o/?bust=1784819338957) Management service while ordering the domain, no need to worry. You would be able to enable it from the domain overview page under the section **Addons**

**Step 1: Access the Domain Overview Page**

Log in to your [Client Area](https://www.ex2.com/clients/) and open the **Domain Overview** page of the domain for which you want to enable DNS Management.

**Step 2: Enable the DNS Management Service**

1. In the Addons section of the Domain Overview page, locate DNS Host Record Management.

2. Select the DNS Host Record Management option.

There, you can select the DNS Management service and proceed to complete the order.

You can continue with the order as no amount will be debited for the activation of this service

Once confirmed, the **DNS Management** service will be activated for your domain and will be availabe in the Domain overview page under the available options.
