# How to delete an Ex2 account?

## Delete an Ex2 customer account

For security reasons, it is impossible to delete an Ex2 account from your customer area. You can discontinue your services, but account deletion must be done by our team. 

If you have an unused Ex2 account and want to delete it, just contact us. Our technicians will be happy to assist you and proceed with the removal.
