# How to change your payment method at Ex2

Ex2 accepts three payment methods: **PayPal, credit card, and bank transfer**. How you change your method depends on which one you use.

**If you pay via PayPal:**
1. Log in to your **PayPal** account.
2. Go to **Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments**.
3. Select **Ex2** in the list of merchants.
4. Under **Payment method**, choose a different card or bank account as the funding source (you can add a new card first under Wallet if needed).
5. Confirm. Your next Ex2 invoice will be charged to the new method automatically.

**If you pay by credit card:**
1. Log in to your Ex2 account and go to **Billing → Payment Methods** (or **My Details**, depending on the client-area version).
2. Add the new card and set it as default, or remove the old one after adding the new one.
3. Open your next unpaid invoice and confirm the correct card is selected before paying.

**If you pay by bank transfer:**
There is no payment method stored for bank transfers — you simply choose **bank transfer** when paying each invoice. Open the invoice in **Billing → My Invoices**, select bank transfer as the payment method, and follow the transfer instructions shown (reference your invoice number so the payment is matched to your account). Allow a few business days for the transfer to clear.

**Good to know:** never let your card expire or your PayPal funding source lapse without updating it first — a failed automatic payment can suspend services until the invoice is settled. If an invoice already failed, pay it manually from **Billing → My Invoices** and services are reactivated automatically.
